Auburn market resilient in April; home prices up 11 percent

Auburn home prices were up 11 percent compared to April of last year, while sales increased 22 percent and the number of homes for sale increased 0.3 percent, according to Redfin, a Seattle-based real estate company.

April's median price for all homes in Auburn was $275,000. The median price for single family homes was $285,450 and $140,000 for condos.
