Molen Orthodontics welcomes new team member

Dr. Chris Eitzen has joined the team at Molen Orthodontics.

Eitzen grew up in San Diego, attended the San Diego School for Creative and Performing Arts, where he was active in vocal/instrumental music and musical theatre. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University, where he studied biology and played soccer.

After receiving his doctoral degree from UCLA in 1999, Eitzen remained at UCLA for dual residency in orthodontics and pediatric dentistry.

During his time at UCLA, Eitzen participated in clinical care, biomaterials research and volunteer care for underserved children in Los Angeles. Upon completion of his residency, Eitzen returned home to San Diego where he practiced for the past 15 years.

Eitzen has known Dr. Rick Molen for nearly 20 years; they were in school together at UCLA for residency.

Eitzen is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, California Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, California Association of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, and the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

MolenOrthodontics has locations in Auburn, Enumclaw and Sumner (Bonney Lake).
