Trade Route Brewing Co. & Tap Room, Cascade Regional Blood Services to host 'Pint-for-Pint'
January 5, 2011 · Updated 4:40 PM
Pacific's Trade Route Brewing Co. & Tap Room will host its second Pint-for-Pint Blood Drive on Friday.
Cascade Regional Blood Services (CRBS) will have its bloodmobile at 1091 Valentine Ave. SE, Pacific, in front of Trade Route Brewing from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Registered donors 21 and over will receive a pre-paid coupon good for one pint of beer, redeemable beginning Jan. 8.
This is the third year CRBS has joined community restaurants and pubs in South King and Pierce counties for Pint-for-Pint Blood Drives. The first drive was sponsored by The Swiss in Tacoma during September 2008, and the program has grown steadily each year since then.
“Having blood drives at local restaurants and pubs is a great way for us to partner with businesses in our local community,” said Dan Schmitt, director of donor resources at Cascade Regional Blood Services.
To sign up for this blood drive or for more information, please call CRBS at 1-877-24-BLOOD.
