Auburn School District, Chamber host High School Career Conference on March 27

The Greater Auburn Community Career Conference for high school students runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 27 at Grace Community Church, 1320 Auburn Way S.
The career conference is a partnership between the Auburn School District and the Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce.
The event attracts more than 50 businesses and post-secondary institutions that will conduct student interviews and provide career information. Students will discover a variety of career pathways and opportunities, as well procure firsthand knowledge and support from local businesses and leaders.
Approximately 300 students from the Auburn and Kent School Districts are expected to attend.
The conference sponsors are: Auburn Regional Medical Center, Exotic Metals Forming, Kiwanis Club of Auburn, Lion's Club, MultiCare, Mutual of Enumclaw, Rotary, Soroptimist of Auburn, and Waste Management.
