Program seeks host families for students
June 20, 2012 · 5:52 PM
Green River College International Programs is seeking hosts for the incoming fall class of 2012-2013. Hosts will provide the opportunity for students to be a part of an American family while studying in Auburn.
Requirements are a private room, prepared dinners and food for the students to prepare themselves for breakfast and lunch. Wireless Internet and all utilities are included in the $625 fee the student pays each month.
The program anticipates 500 new students to join its existing population of international students this fall and would greatly appreciate families considering this opportunity.
Details are available by calling 253-833-9111, ext. 2129 or by emailing Michellyn Shonka at mshonka@greenriver.edu.
