Ann Breckon, an accomplished watercolorist and well renowned instructor, is the special guest for the Auburn Valley Creative Arts meeting and demonstration this month.

The organization gathers at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday for an open board meeting at the AVCA Gallery, 108 S. Division St., Auburn. A general meeting and demonstration follow at 7.

Breckon discusses the benefits of working in a series.

Gallery hours are 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Wednesday-Friday, and noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.
