Registration open for Auburn's Dog Trot

The Auburn Parks, Arts and Recreation is accepting registrations for the popular Dog Trot Fun Run, set for May 18 at Game Farm Park.

The first 100 participants to register will receive a free goodie bag valued at more than $20. Apply before April 26 and save $5 on the registration fee. The early registration fee is $15 per person and includes an event T-Shirt.

Dog Trot – a family-oriented fun run/walk event – begins 9:30 a.m. and kicks off Auburn's award-winning Petpalooza. Participants may choose between a 3K or 5K route. The course is flat, easy and enjoyable for all ages and ability levels.

Awards will be distributed to the top participant in six age groups: child (8 and under); tween (9-12 years); teen (13-19); adult I (20-35); adult II (36-54) and senior (55 and older).

Late registration and event day registration is $20 per entry on May 16-17. T-Shirts are available on a limited basis for late registrations.
