Hosts needed for children, translators affected by Chernobyl fallout

On April 26, 1986, the world saw the worst nuclear accident in history with the explosion of Reactor 4 at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in northern Ukraine.
Seventy percent of the radioactive fallout landed to the north on the country of Belarus. Children and families there continue to be affected negatively by the radiation that still exists from that catastrophe.
Hope for Chernobyl's Child seeks to provide health respite for mildly medically challenged Belarusian kids, and their translators, by facilitating summer hosting in the south Puget Sound area, June 25-Aug 5.
In order to reserve airline seats, Hope for Chernobyl's Child needs host commitments and deposit by March 1. There is a hosting cost which can be met by donations from families, friends, social groups, employer matching, etc.
