Self-defense seminar to benefit food bank

Karate Northwest, the Auburn Food Bank, along with local law enforcement officers are sponsoring Women Only Self-Defense! – a seminar to benefit the food bank and shelter services.

The seminar will be held 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at Karate Northwest, located at 2109 Auburn Way N, Suite D.

Price is a tax-deductible donation of $30, with all proceeds going to the food bank to help with shelter.
