Gayola Boyd recently received certificates for 50,000 Campbell’s Soup labels and presented them to the Auburn Adventist Academy to redeem for equipment of its choosing from a catalog.
Receiving the certificates was Wes McKey, pictured right, technology director at the academy. It was part of the nationwide program “Campbell’s Labels for Education.”
Don Stolz, far left, owner of the Food Market at Lea Hill, 12722 SE 312 St., and John Lowney, store manager, drew her ballot that was then pulled from entries submitted by independent grocery stores in Washington, Oregon and Alaska.
Each store was allowed one ballot.
