Jeff Dunham, one of the most popular comedians in the country, performs Sept. 20 at the Puyallup Fair, part of the Columbia Bank concert series.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. March 31 on the fair website, www.thefair.com/concerts, or by phone (888-559-3247) daily, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. To save the convenience charges, purchase tickets in person at the Puyallup Fair & Events Center box office at 9th Avenue Southwest and Meridian Street on Saturdays, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

Ticket prices are $65 for Golden Circle, $45 infield, grandstand seating at $40 and $25. All seats are reserved and include Fair gate admission.

Pollstar magazine named Dunham the top-grossing live comedy act in the world in 2009 and 2010. He has sold out stadium-sized shows across three continents, from the United Kingdom to Sydney, Toronto to Copenhagen, and even sold out an 8,000-seat hockey arena in Helsinki, Finland on Easter day. The irony is that Dunham doesn't even speak Finnish.

In late 2010 Dunham released his autobiography, "All By My Selves: Walter, Peanut, Achmed and Me," which landed on the New York Times bestseller list. He also made cameo appearances on "30 Rock" TV show, and movie "Dinner for Schmucks."

The year 2011 was spent primarily on his third multi-country European tour, followed by his fourth Comedy Central special, Controlled Chaos. Over five million watched the show.
