The work of Algona artist Bob Ashby, above, Auburn photographer Kent Miller and Seattle photographer d.marie weide are featured in May as part of the Auburn City Hall Gallery exhibition of emerging and professional Puget Sound artists. The subject of animals and botanicals are presented. The public is invited to meet and chat with the artists and view the exhibit at a reception Wednesday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The gallery, which runs until June 6, is open during the week from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., at Auburn City Hall, 25 W. Main St. Admission is free.
