Bodybuilding showcase comes to APAC today

The NPC Washington State Open Bodybuilding Fitness and Figure Championships will be staged today at the Auburn Performing Arts Center.

A health, fitness and beauty expo runs from 9 a.m. to

1 p.m. and again from 5-9 p.m. Bodybuilding fitness

and figure pre-judging begins at 10 a.m., with the finals at 6 p.m. in the center, 700 East Main St.

Competition will be waged in several age and weight classes for men and women. Bellevue bodybuilder, fitness expert and professional trainer Nathan DeTracy, shown in the photo, will be a special guest poser.

Tickets vary per session, from $5 for the expo, $10 for the pre-judging and $25 for the finals.
