Breeders Theater performance benefits HCC Foundation
January 4, 2010 · 10:59 AM
The Breeders Theater's special presentation of "Snowbound" will be performed at 7 p.m. Jan. 20 at the E.B. Foote Winery, 127 SW 153rd St., Suite B, in Burien.
The doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
“Snowbound,” written by Highline Professor Dr. T.M. Sell, will benefit the Highline Community College Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising funds that help provide quality education at Highline.
“Snowbound” takes place in a small Cascade Mountain lodge. The pass is snowed in ‑ both ways. And the guy next door might be a killer.
The script features references to all 63 Alfred Hitchcock film titles in the dialogue. “It took a few tries to get them all in there,” Sell said.
The show is directed by Michael Brunk, with music by Nancy Warren and choreography by Teresa Widner.
Tickets include tasting of E.B. Foote’s wines.
Tickets at $20 are available from the HCC Foundation and at E.B. Foote Winery and Corky Cellars, 22511 Marine View Dr. S. in Des Moines
