Enumclaw native Rae Solomon, a hard rockin' country artist who is true to its classic roots, will perform a benefit concert March 20 at Performance Grill, located at 1525 A St. NE.

Proceeds from the concert, which will run from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., will benefit Chile earthquake victims.

Solomon was named 94.1 KMPS's Country Idol in 2009 and has won several awards, including first runner-up for TV Beauty of the Year and Singer of the Year at the International Presentation of Performers out of 2,000 possible candidates.

Solomon's self written and produced debut album, "Long Road From The Emerald City," will be available June 1.

Admission is a required $3 donation at the door. Larger donations are welcomed.
