Backus has integrity, leadership

The writer C.S. Lewis said, “Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.”

Our family has known Nancy Backus for over 35 years and for the entire time we have known her, well before she joined the Auburn City Council and became the mayor of Auburn, we have seen Nancy do the right thing with no one watching and with no one giving her kudos or credit.

She is not only a leader with integrity, but a person of strong character who focuses on the positives in any situation. She will continue to advance Auburn.

We encourage Auburn to re-elect Nancy Backus.
