Push to move Auburn forward

Washington is recognized as one of the more progressive states with its laws, economic growth and flourishing cities. But in the last 3½ years what has been done that makes Auburn a “happening” place?

We need more retail on Main Street. We have a great farmers market that opened a couple of weeks ago.

But our city streets need some TLC. The sidewalks we walk on are neglected and the safety and sanitation of the downtown core are in need of cleanup, and the homeless crisis isn’t being adequately addressed.

We are a community of a diverse population, yet why are only certain areas within the city being singled out, not the community of Auburn as a whole?

We can and we will move forward. We have the potential to be “More Than You Imagined,” and for that to happen, we have to push for new leadership. We need to act strategically and directly to address factors that are holding our city back from being the vibrant place it has the potential to be.

Please review the credentials of the two primary candidates for mayor. Largo Wales is the leading credential candidate for mayor to lead the push to move Auburn forward.
