‘Shrek The Musical’ comes to stage at the Ave in June

Auburn Community Players to perform classic fairy tale

Local, talented actors from Auburn Community Players will perform the classic fairy tale “Shrek The Musical” at the Auburn Avenue Theater in June.

Performances are 7 p.m. June 1, 2, 8, 9, 15 and 16, with 2 o’clock matinees on June 3, 10 and 17 at the historic theater, 10 Auburn Ave.

Pre-sale tickets are $16 regular; $13 students and seniors. Order by calling Auburn Parks, Arts & Recreation at 253-931-3043, in person at 910 Ninth St SE, or online via ArtsPeople.

Tickets at the door are $21 regular; $18 students and seniors. Door sale tickets will be available one hour prior to each performance.
