Bartell Drugs continues to receive flu vaccine shipments

Seattle-based Bartell Drugs continues to receive supplies of regular flu vaccines, and other flu vaccine options, at the chain's 58 neighborhood locations in Pierce, King and Snohomish counties.

• Additional shipments of regular flu vaccines are arriving today; in-store flu shots are available during pharmacy hours. Price is $29.99.

• In addition to regular flu vaccines, Bartells provides customers with other options, including Flu Mist (nasally administered); for seniors 65 and over, Fluzone high-dose vaccines, providing seniors an extra boost of antibodies; and Intradermal FluZone – the latest flu vaccination technology with a 90-percent reduction in needle length.

• Bartells' pharmacists can immunize anyone 5 years of age or older (ages 5 through 17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian).

• Quantities may vary on a store-to-store basis; Bartells suggest contacting your local store for availability.
