Geeta Naidu has been performing since the age of five and has been teaching dance for over ten years. She’s been trained in both South and North Indian classical dance styles, but her first love is Bollywood! To her, Bollywood is not a style, but a culture. It’s a combination of the classical, folk and tribal dance styles of India and the Western styles of jazz, ballet, hip-hop, and modern. Geeta believes that Bollywood is about spirit and emotion, and each emotion should be expressed not only by your body, but with your eyes and facial expressions.
