Crews working on a project to permanently repair damage from a mudslide along SR 18 near Auburn will reduce the road to one lane tonight to create a work zone.

The right lane of westbound SR 18 just west of SR 167 in Peasley Canyon will close from 10 tonight to 5 a.m. Tuesday. The truck-climbing lane is currently closed and will remain closed for the duration of the project.

Find more information and a video describing the project on the project Web site: www.wsdot.wa.gov/Projects/SR18/PeasleyCanyonSlide.
