Auburn police make 2 arrests in death of man

Auburn police have arrested two men in connection to a man found dead in the yard of an empty house in Auburn on Saturday.

The victim, a 57-year-old man, was found in the yard of a house in the 11100 block of SE 304th Street.

Police, with the assistance of a SWAT team, made two arrests Saturday morning. The two suspects, 34 and 44, were taken to King County Jail.

The victim's body was found by a contractor hired to clear the brush from the neighboring field. The victim had been shot several times in the head and shoulders, authorities said,

Police have not released the identity of the victim.
