VRFA firefighters extinguish mobile home fire in Auburn

Firefighters from Valley Regional Fire Authority and Kent Regional Fire Authority put out a mobile home park Thursday night.

Crews responded to a reported fire in the 3600 block of I Street Northeast at 9:44 p.m. Firefighters found smoke and flames visible from a double-wide mobile home.

Occupants were out of the structure as firefighters quickly extinguished the fire. There were no reported injuries to firefighters or civilians.

A damage estimate has not been determined.

The South King Fire Investigation Task Force is working to determine the fire's cause and origin.
