Reception to honor individuals for their contributions to Auburn

Auburn Mayor Pete Lewis and the Auburn City Council host a reception Tuesday to recognize and honor the following individuals for their service to the City of Auburn:
- Diane Rupert for her dedication in gathering funds and gifts for local agencies and residents of Auburn
- Victoria Knight, 2013 Miss Auburn and 2013 Miss Auburn's Outstanding Teen Amanda Enz as they begin their year of service to the Auburn community
- The City's Planning and Development Director, Kevin Snyder, who is relocating to Arizona
The reception is from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. in the lobby of City Hall, 25 W. Main St.
After the reception, the individuals will be presented with official city awards and proclamations at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the council chambers.
The public is welcome to attend the reception and meeting.
