Auburn traffic advisories: Intersection of West Valley Highway and 15th Street NW; other Monday work

Starting Monday night through Wednesday morning, construction of the West Valley Highway System Preservation project will require nighttime disruptions to the intersection of West Valley Highway and 15th Street Northwest from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. for paving activities.

The work is dependent on weather.

Access to businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction but delays should be expected.  Alternate routes are advised.

Elsewhere:

  • On Monday, construction of the 2013 Patching, Chipseal and Overlay project will require disruptions to the intersection of West Valley Highway and 15th Street Southwest from 2 to 5:30 a.m. for pavement patching. During this work traffic will not be able to access the eastbound lanes of 15th Street SW.  Signed detour routes will be posted. The work is dependent on weather.
  • On Monday, construction of the 2013 Patching, Chipseal and Overlay project will require lane restrictions on 9th Street NE from Auburn Way North to D Street NE from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. for pavement patching.  The work also will require disruptions to the signalized intersections at Auburn Way North and D Street NE.  The work is dependent on weather. Access to businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction but delays should be expected.  Alternate routes are advised.
