Auburn police responded to the following calls for service between Dec. 6 and Dec. 5:

DEC. 6

Vandalism: 10:22 a.m., 12800 block of Southeast 301st Street. A woman told police that somebody chucked a rock through a window on her house.

Vandalism: 11:05 a.m., 29500 block of 129th Place Southeast. Somebody busted the rear windshield of a King County Sheriff’s office vehicle all to pieces with a rock.

Theft from truck: 1:04 p.m., 10 block of 16th Street Northwest. A man told police that somebody pried out a door lock, broke into his truck and stole various unspecified items.

Theft from building: 2:25 p.m., 1101 Supermall Way SW. A male, age not given, tried to swipe two jackets from Sports Authority but store security caught up with the thief as he was sneaking out the door.

Death at eatery: 1:36 a.m., 600 block of C Street Southwest. A death was reported at the Longhorn Restaurant after the efforts of Valley Regional Fire Authority to resuscitate the victim failed. While that was happening, a woman associated with the deceased got herself arrested for obstructing officers.

Assault: 3:11 a.m., 1100 block of 32nd Place Northeast. Police arrested a man for domestic violence after he twice slapped his wife, daring her as he did so to call the police.

Assault: 8:39 p.m., 2300 block of I Street Northeast. Police arrested a woman after she slapped her female friend in the face.

Assault: 9:38 p.m., 600 block of Auburn Way South. A female reported that somebody assaulted her behind Dominos Pizza. The female could not provide suspect information because her assailant hit her from behind.

Burglary: Overnight, 5000 Auburn Way S. The Adventist Academy was burglarized overnight of two projectors and two computer hard drives. The burglar or burglars broke a window to get in.

DEC. 5

Marijuana: 12:26 p.m., 400 block of 4th Street Northeast. An officer stopped a vehicle for a drug violation after seeing the driver lighting a marijuana pipe and arrested said toker.

Burglary: 12:29 p.m., 220 block of G Street Southeast. An unknown person(s) entered a residence in the 200 block of G ST SE and stole an X-Box gaming system worth $250.

Shoplifting: 10:50 a.m., 801 Auburn Way N. Police arrested a male person for shoplifting an item from Fred Meyer of such apparent importance that police decided not to reveal to the public what it was.

Burglary: Noon, 120 block of A Street Northwest. A male person called police to report that someone had possibly entered his apartment and stolen a .25-caliber pistol, two metal ammunition cans, miscellaneous .357 ammunition and three knife-sharpening stones.
