Seattle Times video: Rescue units train for Green River flooding

Rescue workers are running training drills in the Green River in preparation for the expected floods. Despite millions of dollars in preparations downstream in urban areas, many rural areas upstream have "virtually no defense against potential flooding that would hit them the hardest and first," according to the Seattle Times.
