Auburn Police blotter | Oct. 27

Auburn Police responded to the following calls for service, among many others, between Oct. 16 and 18:

Oct. 16

Burglary: Over the weekend, 500 block of 8th Street Southwest. A burglar or burglars practiced their avocation on a construction site, with undisclosed results.

Theft: Overnight, 11700 block of Southeast 322nd St. A thief, or thieves, got into two cars parked on a residential driveway and swiped a cellphone.

Vandalism: Overnight, 3600 block of C Street Northeast. Somebody intentionally cut a vehicle’s fuel line.

Felony eluding: 3:48 p.m., 30400 block of 124th Avenue Southeast. A man drove away from a traffic stop, collided with an innocent motorist, then tried in vain to hide his vehicle from the sharp eyes of the law, ah, but police found and arrested the weasel. The victim sustained injuries and was transported to a hospital for medical care.

Oct. 18

Fake money: 6:09 a.m., 521 Auburn Way S. An unknown suspect tried to pay for a meal with fraudulent currency.

Impersonation: 10:31 a.m., 2402 Auburn Way S. Meanwhile, at the Muckleshoot Casino, there was fraudulent presentation of fake ID, forgery of a counterfeit check and, voila, one bona fide female busted for wrongdoing and booked into jail.

Strong-arm street robbery: 12:19 p.m., 30600 block of 116th Avenue Southeast. A bad person or several bad people assaulted a fellow and robbed him of his school backpack.

Washed out: 12:50 p.m., 3002 B St. NW. Police flushed a naughty man from priority plumbing.

Shoplifting: 4:17 p.m., 221 Auburn Way N.Three unknown suspects entered an adult sex novelty store and left without paying for several adult sexual-pleasuring devices.

Vandalism: 7:45 p.m., 721 W. Main St. An unknown vehicle threw poo at a local restaurant.
