With temperatures forecast to be in the 20s for the next several day, the City of Auburn has opened a warming shelter at the William C. Warren building in Veterans Memorial Park, 405 E St. NE, Auburn.

The shelter is open Tuesday, 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and Wednesday, 9:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Donations of blankets are needed and can be dropped off by contacting the Auburn Food Bank at 253-833-8925.
