Cy Sun has announced his candidacy for Pacific Mayor as a write-in choice.

Sun, a longtime resident, vows to clean up what he claims to be corruption at City Hall and run on a platform that reinstates and promotes Abraham Lincoln's doctrine: "Government of the people, by the people, for the people."

"Going in as a write-in candidate, it will be a hard uphill struggle," Sun said in a release. "I need all the help I can get from you. Let's get the wagon rolling."
