Construction work set for M Street SE | Updates

On Thursday, Aug. 30, through Friday, Aug. 31, construction work by Rodarte Construction, Inc. for the 2017 Citywide Storm Repair and Replacement project will require a closure of M Street SE to all traffic from 21st Street SE to 25th Street SE from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for final paving work.

The work is dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected. Detour routes will be in place.

Elsewhere

• On Wednesday, Aug. 29, utility work by Infrasource Services for Puget Sound Energy will require a lane closure and disruptions to traffic on eastbound Auburn Way South (State Route 164), between Fir Street SE and Hemlock Street SE from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected.

• On Wednesday, Aug. 29, maintenance work on Auburn City Hall will require a closure of West Main Street to westbound traffic from Division Street to A Street NW/SW from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The work is not dependent on weather.

Access to residences and businesses within the project area will be maintained during construction, but delays should be expected. Detour routes will be in place.
