The Valley Regional Fire Authority responded to 241 calls for service between June 5 and 11, among them the following:

June 5

Motorcycle accident: 7:48 a.m., (Pacific). Firefighters responding to a single motorcycle accident on Highway 167 found the rider uninjured and walking about.

June 6

Aid call: 9:09 a.m., (Lea Hill). Firefighters responding as mutual aid to Kent for a woman with a decreased level of consciousness treated her, and King County Medics transported her MultiCare Auburn Medical Center (MAMC).

June 7

Aid call: 2:35 p.m., (Auburn). Firefighters and King County Medics bandaged the wounds of a man who had fallen 20 feet from a ladder, put him on a backboard, and a private ambulance motored him to Valley Medical Center.

June 8

Aid call: 1:08 p.m., (Lakeland Hills). Firefighters responded to an Auburn senior citizen with diabetes, and a private ambulance transported him to MAMC.

June 9

Aid call: 9:15 p.m., (Auburn). Firefighters and King County Medics evaluated and treated an Auburn senior citizen who was complaining of chest pain, and a VRFA aid car transported him to MAMC for further evaluation.

June 10

Aid call: 7:42 a.m., (Lakeland Hills). Firefighters examined a woman who was complaining of knee pain and then helped her family get her downstairs to their car for a ride to a hospital.

June 11

Aid call: 10:20 p.m., (Auburn). Firefighters treated a woman who had been assaulted, and she stayed at home with her family.
