More than 130 teams competed on the asphalt courts in the parking lot on the north side of the Auburn mall.

The two-day tournament raised more than $10,000 for the Watts Foundation, which provides scholarships for youth sports development and mentorship.

The event also made history as being the first grassroots tournament in the nation to play FIBA 3-on-3 rules at all levels of play.

Competition involved several divisions for men, women, co-ed, boys and girls. There was a skills contests, 3-point and free throw shooting contests and a Slick Watts Fashion Icon Look Alike Contest.
