Edward Dean Maughan was born to Larry and Patricia Maughan on November 26, 1959, Thanksgiving day, in Wenatchee, WA. The Maughans had a lot to be thankful for that day as they welcomed their beautiful son into the world. He continued to make his parents very proud of him and bring them much joy and happiness through the years.

Edward also called Eddie and Ed, passed away June 18, 2017, after a long hard fight with cancer. He graduated from Auburn High School in 1979, where he played football. Ed loved baseball and all outdoor activities, especially hunting & fishing; and loved watching his nephew Kelly Maughan wrestle at Auburn High School. He worked for Albertsons as a meat manager.

Ed was preceded in death by his father Larry and survived by his wife Susan, daughters Holly and Ashley, son Tyler, five grandchildren, mother Patricia, and brother Mark.

Eddie requested that he be cremated, which has been done. He also wanted a Celebration of Life for his friends and family. There will a Celebration of Life on August 19th at 1:00pm, 412 “R” St. NE, Auburn, WA.
