In ​​Loving Memory​ – ​Malcolm Wight, 84, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 in Auburn, WA.

Malcolm was born in Tacoma, WA, to Leland and Dorothy Wight on May 10, 1932. He graduated from Bothell High School in 1950. He later attended the University of Washington where he achieved his BS EE degree.

Malcolm was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the Army Signal Corps in Naknak, Alaska. He married Mary Lou Jorgensen on May 22, 1953 in Seattle and they moved to Auburn, WA in 1957 to their current home.

Malcolm is preceded in death by his brother, James Wight, and his son, Kevin Wight.

Malcolm is survived by his wife, Mary Lou; his children, Kathie Schermerhorn, Leland Wight and Barbara Moore; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to The Epilepsy Foundation Northwest (EFNW).
