Re-striped streets are embarrassing

Congratulations to the City for having Auburn Way North and South re-striped. Only problem is that whoever they had do it didn't think it through very well.

By not putting cones down to restrict cars from crossing lanes and driving on the not-yet-dried stripes, we now have multiple lanes within the existing lanes. Nice.

But there is a plus side to that. It just takes your eyes away from the disgusting-looking medians and weedy curbs in front of business establishments that line Auburn Way.

Yes, Auburn, much more than I imagined.
