Community of ugly yards

August 29, 2012 · Updated 5:55 PM

Why do so many of the people of Auburn constantly show their lack of consideration for their neighbors?

For several years, there has been a rampant rise in the number of residential yards that are solid blankets of dandelions and clover. I constantly struggle to keep my yard free of your ongoing weeds (seeds blow into other yards, for heaven's sake).

Your weed factories are ugly. You're showing yourself to be extremely inconsiderate of others. You cause grief for those who are elderly or physically challenged.

No wonder Auburn has become such an unsavory place to live.
