Not all five starts

I very much agree with the letter giving MultiCare Auburn Medical Center five stars (Auburn Reporter, March 14). However, the billing department and the outsource billing is beyond any stars. The right or left hand has not a clue what the other is doing.

Would anyone pay a balance due on the hospital bill when you cannot get any explanation? Then come the robo calls twice a week and two bills per month.
