Thank you, Robert Whale and the other Auburn Reporter folks for the nice article on the 2009 Auburn Relay for Life. It was well written and very much appreciated by all the Auburn seniors, by relay staff members, the American Cancer Society and all the Judys of America who have or have had various forms of cancer.

When one of our sisters or brothers from the Auburn Senior Activity Center is hurting, we all hurt.

The $131,000 raised mainly for cancer research is great news for the kind donors and hard work of a lot of teams and staff.

We are looking forward to our sponsored sister, Judy, to be hiking at the next relay, proudly wearing her purple survivor shirt and ready to hike our senior trails of happiness once again.
