Auburn Mountainview will play Wednesday for seeding to district tourney | Girls Soccer

The South Puget Sound League 3A champion Auburn Mountainview (8-2-0 league, 12-3-1 overall) girls soccer program will host Hazen (7-0-4 Seamount League, 10-2-5 overall) at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Harry Lang Stadium in Lakewood for seeding into the West Central District III/Southwest District 4 tourney, which begins Nov. 5.
The winner of the Wednesday game will capture the No. 1 seed and play the Southwest District No. 4 seed, at 1 p.m., Saturday at Sunset Chev Stadium in Sumner.
The loser will earn the No. 2 seed and play the Southwest No.3 seed at 3 p.m. Saturday at Highline Memorial Stadium in Burien.
Both district games are winner-to-state, loser-out contests.
The Washington State 3A girls soccer tournament begins Nov. 9 at various sites and culminates Nov. 18 and 19 at Sparks Stadium in Puyallup.
ALSO: The Auburn Riverside girls ended their season this on Oct. 27 with a 2-1 loss to Mount Rainier at Highline Memorial Stadium. The Ravens finished the season with a 6-8-2 record, sixth in the South Puget Sound League North 4A... The Auburn Trojans finished their season with a 2-12-2 record, eighth in the SPSL North 4A.
