Auburn Riverside falls 49-34 to Rogers in final game | Football

Despite 251 yards and five touchdowns rushing from senior Jaray Bates, Auburn Riverside fell 49-34 to Rogers in a South Puget Sound League crossover game Thursday at Auburn Memorial Stadium.

Bates carried the ball 27 times for the Ravens, who finished the season 3-5 in league, 4-6 overall.

Senior quarterback Josh Latta closed out his prep career with 9-of-17 passing for 118 yards and a touchdown. Latta also added 44 yards on the ground on 10 carries.

Senior wide reciever Andrey Zadneprovskiy had six receptions for 69 yards and a TD.
