Auburn Mountainview tops Auburn Riverside 77-66 at Les Schwab Tipoff Classic | SLIDESHOW

Auburn Mountainview came out on top 77-66 against cross-town rival Auburn Riverside this past Saturday at the Les Schwab Tipoff Classic at Auburn Riverside.

JJ Lacey and Keith Green led the Lions with 16 points apiece, with senior Domenic Rockey adding 14 points.

Aarun Rumbaugh added eight points and had 11 rebounds, four steals and six assists.

As team the Lions shot 50 percent from the field and 38 percent from the three-point line.

Stats for Auburn Riverside were unreported.

Auburn Mountainview will host Interlake tonight in nonleague action at 7:15 p.m.

The Ravens (1-0 South Puget Sound League North 4A, 2-1 overall) will travel to Tahoma (1-0, 1-0) for a league game tonight at 7:30 p.m.

ALSO: The Auburn Adventist boys basketball team is currently 1-1 overall for the season, with a 69-21 win over Rainier Christian and a 68-36 loss to Vashon Island... Rainier Christian is 0-2 overall with losses to Auburn Adventist – and Shorewood Christian, 60-40.
