Auburn Riverside rolls over Kentlake 62-19 | Girls basketball

Shantell Jackson had a game-high 16 point outing for Auburn Riverside on Friday, helping the Ravens overcome Kentlake 62-19 in South Puget Sound League North 4A action.

Kendall Foster chipped in with 12 points for the Ravens (7-2 league, 9-4 overall) with Rachel Davey adding nine points.

The Falcons (2-8, 3-11) were led by Stephanie Luce's 11 points.

Auburn Riverside will host Kentridge (5-5, 8-6) at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

ALSO: The Auburn (3-7, 5-9) girls fell 62-32 to 4A No. 1 ranked Mount Rainier (10-0, 13-0). The Trojans were led by Jasmine Tomac's 12 points, with Anna de Carteret chipping in with 10 points. Brittany McPhee had a game-high 29 points with Brittany McPhee adding 15 for the Rams. Auburn will travel to Kentlake (2-8, 3-11) at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. ...Auburn Mountainview (2-2, 6-8) defeated Peninsula (1-3, 9-5) 53-27 in SPSL 3A action on Friday. The Lions were led by Allison Hammer's 12 points with Sammantha DePiano adding 10 points. Peninsula was led by Toni Helwig, Tyler Stolz and Rilee Zilkey who all had six points apiece. Auburn Mountainview will host Decatur (0-3, 0-12) at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
