The Auburn Trojans concluded their regular season on Friday with a 67-34 South Puget Sound League North 4A win over district rival Auburn Riverside at Auburn High School.

Laquell Simmons led the Trojans (12-4 league, 13-7 overall) with 14 points, with teammates Harold Lee and JJ Ruffin chipping in with 13 apiece.

Cody Crawford led the Ravens (2-14, 4-16) with a game-high 16 points.

The Ravens finish the 2012-13 campaign with an eighth-place finish in the SPSL North 4A.

The Trojans finish as the league co-champions with Tahoma (12-4, 15-5). Auburn will begin postseason play as the No. 2 seed out of the SPSL North 4A and take on SPSL South 4A No. 2 Federal Way at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the ShoWare Center in Kent.

The winner of the game will earn the No. 3 seed into the district tourney which begins Feb. 13.
