Auburn Riverside falters against Conks

The Auburn Riverside Ravens (5-1-2) notched a tie and a loss this past week, falling to Kentwood (8-0) 1-0 and deadlocking with Kentlake

( 2-3-3) 1-1.

Junior midfielder Chelsea Pries earned the Ravens sole goal against Kentlake with an unassisted score at the 39-minute mark.

Auburn Riverside hosted Kent-Meridian (0-8) yesterday, Tuesday, with results unavailable at press time. The team will host Federal Way (3-4-1) at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow, Thursday at Auburn Memorial Field.

ALSO: The Auburn Trojans fell to 2-5-1 on the season with a 2-0 loss to Federal Way this past Thursday. The Trojans will host Jefferson (2-3-3) at 7 p.m. tomorrow, Thursday at Auburn Memorial field. ... Jefferson (2-3-3) and Kentridge (2-3-3) battled to a 0-0 tie this past Saturday at French Field. Natalie Spadafora and Krystal Daniels were awarded the shutout for the Chargers. Nicole Price was awarded the shutout for the Raiders. ... Tahoma (5-2-1) overcame an own goal to defeat Federal Way (3-4-1) this past Saturday. ... Hannah Morse keyed Auburn Mountainview’s (6-2-1, 2-1-0 league) non-league 3-0 victory over Timberline with two goals. Karissa Ritter also scored in the contest. Hilary Frett and Sydney Coleman added an assist apiece.
