Trainer Doris Harwood saddled her fourth straight feature race winner Thursday evening at Emerald Downs. Coco’sprivatelabel led gate-to-wire under jockey Juan Gutierrez and scored a three-length victory in the $10,500 race for 3-year-olds.

A Washington-bred by Private Gold, Coco’sprivatelabel ran six furlongs in 1:10 and paid $3.80, $2.60 and $2.20. The gelding has a 3-2-0 record in five starts and earnings of $19,740 for owners Just a Dream Stable and Ron and Nina Hagen.

Slewdleview, ridden by Gallyn Mitchell, rallied from last to finish second and returned $3.60 and $3.40. Toss’m Again, an 18-1 longshot ridden by Troy Stillwell, finished third and returned $8.

Harwood has been red-hot in feature races and has great depth in the 3-year-old division. Sunday, she sent out Noosa Beach and Winning Machine for a one-two finish in the $50,000 Pepsi-Cola Handicap. Saturday, she saddled the 5-year-old mare Follow Your Shot for a victory in the $12,100 feature race, and last Friday she finished first and second with Proud Nicholas and Enumerator in the $18,000 allowance race for 3-year-olds. In that one, Proud Nicholas zipped the fastest six furlongs of the meet, 1:08 1/5, while romping by seven lengths.

NOTES: Juan Gutierrez rode both winners of the late daily double and became the second jockey to hit the 30-win mark at the meet. Ochocho Dam ($6.40) prevailed in the nightcap and the 4-year-old Howard Belvoir owned-trained gelding has won four-of-seven career starts. Not bad for a $1,200 yearling…Leading rider Ricky Frazier drew a rare blank but still leads with 46 wins…Leading trainer Tim McCanna picked up his 25th win of the meet, sending out Martimatic for a $14.20 upset in the third race…Devine Style ($9.60) continued to race in fine form with a runaway victory in the fifth race. The 5-year-old Individual Style gelding has two wins and one second in three starts this meet, all at the $3,500 claiming level. Regular rider Debbie Hoonan-Trujillo was up for trainer Brad Varner.
