Bonney Lake edges Auburn Mountainview | Prep baseball

Adam Fahsel hit a pair of doubles and drove in six runs as Bonney Lake took a wild 12-9 nonleague win at Auburn Mountainview on Friday.

Hayden Byorick went 3 for 4, including a double, and drove in two runs for the Lions (3-4). Michael Kramer had three hits and two stolen bases.

Dylan Perdue earned the win for Bonney Lake. He tossed three innings, surrendering five runs, four hits and striking out one. Three relievers helped Bonney Lake close out the victory.

Shane Buchanan took the loss for the Lions. He pitched 3 1/3 innings, giving up seven runs, four hits and striking out two.

On Thursday, Byorick’s walkoff sacrifice bunt in the eighth inning led Auburn Mountainview past visiting Jefferson 2-1 in a North Puget Sound League Olympic Division game.

Alex McBee and Rylee Daugherty combined on a no-hitter. McBee, the starter, struck out 15 in 6 1/3 innings of work. Daugherty shut the door, working the final 1 2/3 innings.
