Nostalgia Funny Cars come to Pacific Raceways

Legendary promoter Bill Doner presents the United Nitro Nostalgia Funny Car Invitational at Pacific Raceways on Saturday.

Qualfying and racing is from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on the quarter-mile drag strip.

The field features Ryan Hodgson’s Pacemaker, Bucky Austin, Mr. Explosive, Teacher’s Pet, Tim Boychuk, IHRA world champion Jason Rupert, the California Hustler, Dream Weaver and others.

There will also be a Nitro Cackle-Fest, car show displays and vintage hot rods.

Tickets/pit pass is $25, children 12 and under are free. VIP parking is $10.
