Top talent squares off in Auburn Shootout

Auburn’s Mary Appiah-Kubi grabs a rebound against Bonney Lake during the third annual Auburn Shootout at Bob Jones Gymnasium last Friday.

The host Trojans prevailed 42-25, finishing 3-1 over the course of the two-day girls basketball tournament.

Auburn Mountainview won five three of its five games.

Inglemoor captured the varsity and junior varsity divisions of the tournament.
