Auburn Regional hosts free resource fair, ‘Maintaining Your Balance through the Holidays’

Auburn Regional Medical Center hosts a free resource fair, “Maintaining Your Balance through the Holidays,” from noon to 3 p.m., Friday Oct. 7, in the hospital’s Atrium, 202 N. Division St.

The public is invited.

The free resource fair strives to help families cope with issues that often drive them apart during the holidays.

Community resources will be on hand to informally discuss emotional and memory wellness, addiction, caregiver stress, grief, tobacco cessation, weight control and spirituality.
